of 350g PREGO® Cheesy Alfredo pasta sauce
PREGO® Spaghetti OR Prego High-Fibre Spaghetti, cooked & drained
prawns, seasoned with salt and pepper
cloves garlic, minced
freshly squeezed lime

chicken stock
fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in pan. Sear prawns until colour changes. Set aside.
Add minced garlic, lime juice and chicken stock into the same pan, cook for 2-3 minutes, mix in coriander leaves. Then, pour in Prego® Cheesy Alfredo pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. (A little water, salt and pepper can be added to preference).
Serve prawns and pasta sauce over cooked Spaghetti. Garnish with coriander.
Tiger prawns are striped prawns, they are really large looking but shrink when you cook them, perfect for mild tasting recipes. Pastas usually use tiger prawns.
