Prego Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce
Prego Macaroni, cook as per instruction on packet
Chicken Pepperoni, cut into thin strips
Green capsicums, thinly sliced
Yellow onion, chopped
Olive oil
Crushed black pepper and coriander leave
Heat up oil in a frying pan and fry the onion till fragrant. Add in the pepperoni and pan fry till browned.
Add in the green capsicums and pan fry for 30 seconds, pour in Prego Carbonara Mushroom Pasta Sauce, and stir till well combined.
Add in the Prego Macaroni and stir well. Dish up and serve.
