can (300g) PREGO® Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
PREGO® Fettuccine
tablespoon oil
peeled medium-size prawns
crabstick, cut into 4 cm lengths and shredded
cloves garlic, finely chopped
tablespoon chili paste
tablespoon fresh coriander, roughly chopped
tablespoon fresh red chilli, shredded
Cook PREGO® fettuccine pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water, according to packet directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add prawns, stir-fry for 4 – 5 minutes before adding crab stick. Cook for a further 2 mins.
Stir in Prego Tomato and Basil sauce and ¾ cup water. Simmer for 5 mins. Serve with pasta. Garnish with coriander and chili.
