WHAT YOU'll NEED

  • 1 can (300g)

    Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce

  • 80g

    Prego Spiral OR Prego High-Fibre Tri-colour Spiral, cook as per instructions on packet

  • 1 pc

    Yellow onion, cut into wedges

  • 60g

    Carrot, thinly sliced

  • 60g

    Yellow capsicum, cut into wedges

  • 150g

    Fresh shitake mushroom, cut into half

  • 1 cup

    Mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp

    Olive oil

  • For garnishing

    A handful of chervil or coriander leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

    Heat up oil in a pan and fry onion till browned, add in carrot and stir fry till soft.

    Next, add in capsicum, mushroom and stir fry for 1 minute.

    Add in Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce and cheese. Once the cheese melt, add in Prego Spiral and mix well. Dish up and serve.
