g PREGO® Spaghetti OR Prego High-Fibre Spaghetti, cooked & drained
can / 350g jar / ½ jar 680g of PREGO® Mushroom pasta sauce
tbsp olive oil
onion,diced
tomatoes, diced
g of Seafood variety (mixture of prawns, squid, clams or mussels to preference)
Heat olive oil until hot in a pan. Then, saute' onions and garlic in cooking oil until soft. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes till fragrant.
Pour PREGO® Mushroom pasta sauce – stir and simmer for 5 minutes (A little water, salt and black pepper can be added to preference). Add seafood and simmer in sauce for 7-8 minutes till cooked.
Serve Marinara sauce over cooked spaghetti and enjoy!
